We Love Kids!
Nau Mai Haere Mai and welcome to Bay Kids. We are really excited about having you and your children as part of our Bay Kids programme on Sunday mornings at Bay Vineyard.
At Bay Kids we want our tamariki and their whanau and caregivers to feel welcomed, safe and relaxed. We want to build community in an environment that is fun, teachable and loving. We want to foster and explore prayer, worship, and an understanding of the Big Story of God's Story in both practical and meaningful ways; taking our children on a formational journey as they grow.
As parents and caregivers you are really significant to us. We want to support and strengthen your important role with your children in a purposeful way. We want to work alongside you to grow and develop your child's relationship with Jesus and to encourage their faith, no matter what their age is.
Our heart for Bay Kids is beautifully encapsulated in this verse from Romans 1:12 NLT: ‘When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours’.
Little Bay
We've created a space for you to hang out with your little ones under 18 months old. This is a safe, warm place for them to sleep, feed, and play.
There is a baby change area and toys, as well as a live-feed from the service. Children are an integral part of Bay Vineyard and we are happy to have them in the service, even with their cooing and beautiful baby noises. This space is for your comfort and convenience. Feel free to use it if you feel like bubs needs a break from the service.
Bay Preschool
At Bay Kids we want our precious tamariki to feel welcome and included from a young age. So we’ve created Bay Preschool - a safe, fun place for our 1½ - 4 year olds to explore, play, and gently participate. We love to see them immersed in prayer and learning about Jesus.
Our programme helps to engage them at their developmental stage with story and teaching while still allowing time for creativity, laughter and play. We know that our preschoolers are ready to learn more about how loved they are by their Heavenly Father!
Team Bay
TEAM BAY JUNIORS If you’re close to turning 5 then welcome to Team Bay Junior. It's the coolest place to be if you're in School Years 0 - 5! Our programme is full of good times, interesting activities and encountering Jesus! Here you’ll meet new friends, have fun, and learn more about what it means to live a life alive in God!
TEAM BAY SENIORS We have created a fun and relaxed space for our older Years 6 - 8 kids with room for games, exploring their faith, asking questions, and building community. We want to cater to the specific needs of this age group as well as preparing them for being part of BVC Youth at Year 9.
